Get Ready for the Ultimate Showdown: Civil War 2025 at Goat Hill Park!
Civil War 2025 is set to be one of the biggest events of the year! This two-day Ryder Cup-style competition at Goat Hill Park Golf Course will bring together 28 participants—14 on 14—competing for bragging rights and the coveted Civil War trophy.
It’s all about fun, fierce competition, and unforgettable moments. The teams will battle it out on the course, with plenty of trash talk along the way.

Civil War Format Overview
Civil War is a two-day Ryder Cup–style match play event.
Day 1: Teams of two will compete in two formats—
Front 9: Foursomes (Alternate Shot) — teammates alternate shots using one ball
Back 9: Fourball (Better Ball) — each player plays their own ball; best score counts
Day 2: Singles matches — one-on-one match play
All matches are scored by holes won, not total strokes. Team strategy and individual skill both matter as each point counts toward victory.
Pricing: Registration for Civil War is $220 per player, which includes green fees, carts, and food on both days, as well as Kingsmen Golf apparel for each team member. Tee times start at 12:30 PM on Saturday, September 13, and 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 14. Each team member will compete for medals and the coveted Civil War trophy.
